Breakwater Labs is the parent studio behind two products in active daily use — BXR+, a multi-stakeholder reinforcement platform for clinical care teams, and Gathered, a coordination platform for multi-location venue operators. Both were built to solve real operational problems for real operators, and both are still maintained by the same engineers who designed them.
That same discipline is what we bring to bespoke engagements. We take on a deliberate number of projects each year so that every system we ship is one we can stand behind, support, and continue to improve. The cost of the software being unreliable is measured in disrupted operations — not in lost clicks — and we build accordingly.
